KWHLAQ Tutoring Form:

Show evidence of learning in tutoring (with another teacher or myself) using the KWHLAQ Tutoring Form on the concepts you were studying for.
1. First complete the KWH sections before your tutoring section to not waste time for yourself and the tutor.
2. During tutoring, complete the L section.
3. After the tutoring, complete the AQ section.

Tutoring Times:

The teacher will be available for Homework Help on Wednesdays from 7:10 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. as shown on distance learning schedule by appointment only and with two or more people (may change based on teacher schedule) or in-person. This includes tutoring during lunch on Mondays. Ask me for a tutoring pass to attend.
